My Classic Car Lake Mirror Classic

Post by Bill Basler » Mon Apr 19, 2010 9:57 am

I know we have a lot of vintage car enthusiasts among us, and there is a pretty good chance that some of you might have caught My Classic Car this weekend as host, Dennis Gage, covered the Lake Mirror Classic in Lakeland Florida. This is a vintage boat and car event, and the episode featured none other than our Chris-Craft Antique Boat Club President Terry Fiest, giving Gage a walkthrough of his 1955 21' Cobra. Well done Terry. This was great exposure for the hobby.

Do they air their episodes online as well? If so - it would be great to get a link!

Basler's Classic Car

Bill:

Didn't know you had a classic car...Wonder if you remembered I had a '70 Cutlass Convertable and if we can work out the logistics, I'm planning on taking it and my 1970 Chris Craft to the Apalachiola Boat and Car show next week end.

Now that's cool! a classic boat deserves a classic tow. Nothing worse than an antique boat behind an SUV, but there's something to be said for 4-wheel disc anti-lock brakes.

The show My Classic Car with Dennis Gage was just on again this afternoon. It was fun seeing Terry Fiest show his Cobra to Dennis. Good show, Terry!
