Pump...changing direction
If memory serves, the following will change the reverse gear direction. 1- Remove the reverse gear from the engine. 2- Change the orientation of the pump in the input side. 3- Reinstall the transmission on the engine. 4- Allign the shaft coupling. 5- Go for a boat ride. Hope this helps. Dave Ashley

I found an old brass fill tube with cap on eBay. I had the tank built with a 2" nipple on top and coupled the fill tube with 2" hose double clamped on each end. This isolates the two different metals and provides a leak free connection between the fill and the tank. [/size] Make sure you run a grou...

Harmonic Balancer
I am repowering a 1968 19’ Lancer and have a question about harmonic balancer diameters that I have yet to get a clear answer on. Can the smaller diameter balancer from the 283 be used on the 350 without worrying about internal balance issues down the road? The original power was a 283 mated to a Vo...

Here's a headline..."Clayton Boat Show - Cruisers Take
Not one to usually jump in on these, I had to chime in on this one. North Channel sounds great - As a 1000 Island boater I could see a Trent-Severn trip to a Chris~Craft gathering would be a fantastic excuse for a long vacation... Here's another thought...The number of cruisers at the Clayton Boat S...
