I never heard the out come of what happened to start the fire. I live about 2 hours south of Lanier but I was boating on Lanier the day of the explosion. Safety is a big key with all boats. Even more so with our old wood ones! I was glad to hear everyone was okay!

Been working hard the last few days getting this baby back to its original wood. Got the dash down to its mahogany and stripped the entire transom this evening to wood. It's looking great. More pictures to come.
