I removed the anti siphon jet from the fuel pickup tube and sealed it with a screw and thread sealant. I also removed all of the Teflon tape...

I have a racor inline, bot sure what filter is in it. I think I'm going to replace the anti siphon gizmo with an in-line valve, re-do all of the pipe joints with compound to replace the teflon tape and see how it goes.. Thanks for the help everybody!

I've got half a can of epiphanes clear varnish that's a bit filmy on top. It's only a couple of months old. Is it shot? Is there a way to revive it? Anything to prevent this with the next can?
