Hand rail needed

Post by Cookiejan » Sun Nov 02, 2014 9:27 am

Hi, I am looking for a roofrail for my 1951 semi enclosed. I have one made of a piece of piping, but is is not as nice a the original solid rail. Anyone that has one or knows where to get it please let me know.

Original hand rails are not solid pipe. They were chrome plated hollow bronze pipe. Closest you'll find new is stainless steel.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know where to purchase these pipes. I live in Europe and this particular diameter in stainless steel is not available. This is what I have now, and the diameter is just off which means it does not look identical to the other one and I cannot fix it very well since it is thinner.
