Not sure if this has been spoken about yet, but I couldn't find it searching the archives.
I was wondering what the differences between M, ML, MLR engines are? Do they all have the same block, bolt pattern, etc., or is that a dangerous assumption?

M Engines
M is a 320 CID flat head six cylinder.
ML is a longer stroke version of the M and is 330 or CID.
M (R) indicated the engine was built with a reduction gear. R's were 1.5/1, 2.0/1 2.5/1 and 3/1. All were Paragon transmisssions.
