Rusted Coupler

Looking for a new coupler. So rusted it’s sloppy on shaft. Any ideas where to obtain? 1” shaft, 4” Flange, length 2.125”, 2.5” Pilot, 4 bolt, bolt diam 7/16, circle 3.25”. This couples to Paragon 25XE. Seems like Buck Algonquin has every coupler imaginable but this. Any suggestions here?
