GENTLEMEN, MY ZENITH HIGH SPEED JET IS LEAKING FUEL.WHAT IS THE PACKING MATERIAL USED OR CAN I PURCHASE THIS ITEM SOMEWHERE. THANKS JAKE

If I recall correctly there is a hex head nut that holds the packing washer in place. If there is very little resistance when turning the adjusting screw try tightening the nut. It should tighten the packing against the shaft of the adjusting screw and eliminate the leak. If that does not work I imagine you will have to buy a rebuild kit and sort through the various washers, etc. to find the correct packing washer.

You may get lucky and find one at a good hardware store. We have an Ace Hardware that has a great nut and bolt selection and also has fiber washers. Really that is all it is and you may find one that fits. Good luck.

THANK YOU FOR ALL FOR YOUR INPUT. AFTER 2 NONE STOP DAYS CALLING EVERYONE BUT THE POPE,DAVE VAN NESS RETURNED MY CALL AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM.IT REQUIRED A LITTLE PACKING ITEM THAT IS SEATED IN HIGH SPEED ADJUSTMENT. THIS ITEM IS NOT IN ANY REBUILD KIT THAT I KNOW OF AND I BELIEVE ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ITEMS TO PREVENT FUEL LEAKS.THANKS DAVE FOR THE GREAT HELP. JAKE
