Looking for anyone that has a 3 bank , 12v charger.

I would suggest you look at using three one bank chargers. That gives you better control over battery management.

A whole range of manufacturers make a good three bank charger, including promariner, Xantrex, Mastervolt, Kisae, on and on..... The issue is this: Unless you have the same kinds of batteries in terms of type, you have an issue, since charging profiles are different for gel, flooded, AGM and LiFeP0 4 batteries. Frankly, buying a small smart charger for your engine batteries and a larger one for your house bank, with perhaps some charging programming available is probably the best. If your second 'bank' is a generator or windlass battery, you can put it alongside the starting batteries. The house bank is the one that is going to get the largest discharges, so it deserves the larger charger.

I ended up buying a 40 amp ProNautic 3 bank.
