Sunnyland Antique Boat Festival - March 18-20

Post by Al Benton » Tue Feb 23, 2016 10:02 am

The Sunnyland Antique Boat Festival will be here in the blink of an eye. If your attending this fabulous show please reserve Saturday at 1:00 PM for the Chris-Craft Antique Boat Club Membership Meeting.

We will be meeting under The Big Tent again this year. The agenda is short and informative. Website design progress will be one of the exciting subjects that you won't want to miss.

Following the meeting you are invited (and encouraged) to attend the ACBS Symposium presentation by Brian Robinson at about 2:30 PM featuring the 1936 - 1954 Chris-Craft Racing Runabout. Learn about "The French Connection" that marked their beginning. The Symposium will be conducted at the Tavares City Hall, about a 2-block walk from the show. These boats are the Maruqe boat for the Sunnyland Festival this year, and I expect that many great examples will be attending the show.
