Newbie question on 1977 DC 35

Hi all, glad to be here been lurking for awhile;) We bought a 1977 DC 35 hull number cchml326m77c. Is this boat considered a Catalina? Is there a manual available online? Anyway to determine what the original name of the boat was? This was a Marina owned boat so I don't know who the previous owner was. We are new to boating(bought our first boat last year a 1986 bayliner cuddy cabin 21' but it wasn't large enough for us) so I decided to join the club and hopefully gain some knowledge!!
