I am buffing out the old gell coat what do you recomend?

Repair, or reconstruction. Gelocat or structural fiberglass. If it's hull related, you'll find it here

I have a 81 Wellcraft that I am fixing up to sell. The top section of the cuddy has the grip texture in the gell coat and some light to moderate oxidizing, I was going to use Mequiars cleaner wax on it. I had a guy from Arizona tell me to use one of them Magic eraser with some soft scrub first to get off the oxidizing. He does this professionaly. I didnt want to tear up my buffer pad on the rough texture on top on the cuddy. Anybody eles have some ideas on the subject? Thanks Roger 8)
