8 cyl - 53 GM DDA diesel engines

Anyone have the HP and wide open throttle settings for these engines as used in C C Commanders?
These are called NA's as they were not turbocharged or aftercooled. That is 8 cylinders of 53 cubic inches for each cylinder or 424 cubic inch engines for each engine, in a V layout. 8V53 GM is what C C called them.
