I believe there were only 5 of these built and I know of only one other one remaining, located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada I believe. I am away from home at the moment and do not have my Chris Craft book with me so I cannot verify the dimensions of the boat.

It would be extremely difficult to estimate the value of these when restored. Because there are so few remaining there are no comparables, and there are many other variables impacting valuation - such as power, extent of restoration, condition of bottom and how original it is.

I would think the value would be quite significant, but so would the costs to restore it. The old saying that something is worth only what someone is willing to pay for it really does apply here, when there are virtually no others like it. I believe that 38' Commuters when completely restored may sell in the $250-$350k range (not a regular occurrence either) so I would figure one of these, with only two left would be worth somewhere north of that number. But just how much is impossible to say.

If you check the archive out here and search for this model, you should be able to find the dimensions and likely other relevant information. Wanderlust has been discussed on various threads on Boat Buzz and there is a fair amount of history and information available on this boat.
