I’m restoring a 1958 Continental 21 foot. I’m on my 4 coat of varnish , and going to start working on the Pettit Copper bronze bottom paint today. On the top, There are some paint cracks along the seams of the white paint. I have the 3M Marine Adhesive sealant 5200 for once I clean up the seems. What color paint is the white on this boat and where can I get a quart

I would be very careful about using 5200 for those side seams. It expands when it dries and will end up proud of the hull and be difficult to smooth out. Sikaflex or Boatlife might be a better choice.

We use SikaFlex lot291 mahogany color to fill our seams. Then when its good and dry we paint them with Pettit white enamel paint

OK after reading your post again use the white SikaFlex for the seams if your going to paint it white. We use mahogany color on deck seams where the boat is stained mahogany it helps hide and inconsistencies that the seams may have.
