Need help ID'ing boat

This is a picture of my Uncle Billy pulling into Pirate's Cove Marina, Josephine, Alabama, around 1950. Is this a Hacker? CC? I'd love to know just what it was.

Thanks, Jim. There is so much about this picture that I could talk about. One thing, my Aunt Clara, in the boat, hated the water and boats - thought it was a waste of time, despite the fact that her family owned most of the vacant beachfront in Fairhope, AL. She though all the folks buying it from them were a bunch of yankee nuts. Sheesh.
