A very warm welcome to all new members. It's great to have you with us. And, Welcome to Boat Buzz too.

We all look forward to seeing the Spring 2011 Brass Bell. New members are in for a real treat when you see your first copy, a premium class quarterly publication that's ranked second to none. The on-line preview will be fun to see but save a few articles to read in print if you can, much easier said than done though.

Matt, pass word??? There's a pass word??? What is it???

Notice to all:

Rupert Murdock had one of his scandal sheets hack into Matt's cell phone....computer....camera, and etc.

For all to see: Matt's password is "Ismelgas"

Yeah, he can't spell smell...but you get the drift.

I was bitten by the bug long ago.
However, it was early last year, that the bite turned serious, and I bought a '56 Chris Craft 17 foot Sportsman.

It is on the 'lower-end' of the Chris Craft spectrum.

Regardless, I love it - regardless of whether it in sitting on the trailer in my shop, or cruising on the nearby lakes.

I look forward to learning from you, and sharing my experiences.

What a ride!

Hi all--

I'm Ollie from Potomac, MD -- with a place on the lake on Rainbow Lake, NY -- (where I will live permanently one day). The Adirondacks were made for a Chris Craft, and I finally made my dream come true with a 1960 Chris Craft Capri. She's a beauty -- and what pipes!

She's a 1960 -- and she's gorgeous -- then again I'm biased. She rips down little 'ole Rainbow Lake in a few minutes, and you can hear her coming!

Ollie,
great to have you aboard!
I have her older sister born in late 1957 and as you can see in the photo she has been ridden hard and put up wet. She is now getting her first makeover back to her original beauty. She was so fast I blew the windshield off.
