Chris-Craft Antique Boat Club Election of 2017 Directors – P

Post by tkhersom » Sat Oct 08, 2016 6:47 am

Each November the Club conducts an Election of Directors. The purpose is for you, our members, to validate your Club leadership by participating in the election process. Candidates and their brief biographies are available on Boat Buzz – From The Club – 2016 Board of Directors Election – Biographies of Nominees. http://www.chris-craft.org/discussion/v ... 10&t=10001

Our goal is to give every member a reasonable opportunity to vote in the election. You will be able to vote by using one of the following methods:

1. Internet Method: If we have your current email address (see below) you will receive an email on November 1st giving you access to the Official Online Ballot. Simply click, key in your vote, and send before midnight Eastern Time Nov 15th.
2. Mail-in Method: An Official Ballot may be obtained, filled out, and mailed to the address provided on the ballot using one of the following:
a. Go to Boat Buzz and login, then select Chris-Craft Antique Boat Club Business. Open the Topic “2016 Election of Directors” and follow the process for printing a copy on your printer.
b. For those of you who don’t have access to a computer or internet, or cannot print the ballot, contact Catalyst Communications, 5225 N. Ravenswood Ave, Suite 201, Chicago, IL 60202 or call 773-878-1940 between Oct 15th and 31st to request a printed Official Ballot. Provide your name and address for mailing and membership verification purposes. Non-USA residents must use the Internet Method to vote due to time restraints in mailing in both directions.

The 2016 Election of Directors begins on Nov 1st and concludes on Nov 15th. You must be a current member to vote. Only one vote per member. All online ballots must be received at Catalyst no later than Nov 15, 2016. Mail-in ballots must be received at Catalyst by Wednesday, November 16th. Mail them early!

In many states it's "Vote early and often" and it doesn't matter if you're already expired.
