Hi There fellow Corvette owner ,just shows what special no's can get you into ......was born in 1955 .
I am about 3 weeks away from a relaunch ,have epoxied the deck ,Ephiphaned the bright work and redone the swim platform .Interior is re upholstered and the wallpaper in the heads has been replaced with vinyl .now need to rob a bank to do the cockpit ,galley and cabin sole in Flexi teak instead of a carpet .
I have a 1946 40ft sunken fly bridge Chris Craft as well ,but have been stupidly pedantic about its restoration and guess it will be finished around about the day I die plus one .( sure it will be WAY better than new ,,but an all varnish 40 ft power boat ),I should know better , ,have only been varnishing boats for the last 46 odd years ,,,
I will post some pics in the next few days .

still haven't found the booze yet ''' ever hopeful ,will be more diligent in my search,,,, ha ha

I love the three kids in the salon window. Lots of places for them to hide I bet.

The trailer story is what I call a "Johnson" scenario....NOT that kind of JOHNSON....my buddy S. Johnson in Richmond Va.....see he is typical of a class of guys that will just DO IT and not SWEAT IT...
These guys are invaluable.
I have seen S. Johnson tow junk a hundred miles that I would not take from the ramp to the parking lot. No sweat.
I can work for days prepping a trailer, spend mega $, worry and fret, and breakdown five miles down the road. Sooooo, best to call on your JOHNSON.....we all know one.....and have HIM tow the beast....lights out, no pin in the hitch, rusty ball two sizes too small, dragging the one safety chain, dry rotted tires, lost bearing buddies, grease like concrete, no tie downs.... under rated, piece of crap, tow vehicle....Johnson will get through every time. No sweat. Trust your JOHNSONs.
