Phil - A month ago I was at a boat show in the Pacific Northwest and spoke to a fellow who was looking to sell a grey (but complete) 1953 22' CC Sportsman Sedan. I have his contact information if you are interested. He indicated that he could arrange to send or e-mail photos as well. Send me a PM an...

The Chrysler Marine Hemi was also offered in the 21' Chris-Craft Cobras. Here's a shot of a nice looking 200HP Chrysler Marine Hemi in Don Ploetner's awesome 1955 Higgins 23' Speed Star, from Clayton in 2010. http://s1.postimage.org/2qjlvrsec/1955_Higgins_Speed_Star_Hemi.jpg http://s1.postimage.org/...

Hi Kusti, Here's a few photos of the trailer I had made for my 1952 18' Riviera a few months ago. It was custom made by Ryan Trailers from Portland, Oregon. http://s2.postimage.org/xgi7nzhg/REG_S_1952_RIVIERA_050.jpg Stainless Steel winch http://s2.postimage.org/xgn6a0ys/REG_S_1952_RIVIERA_051.jpg h...

The oval or teardrop shape seems to show up on some Greavette models (first image), as well as some early 1930's Dart Triples. But none with the wings or single screws on each en...

While we were attending the Sunnyland boat show in Tavares this year, Norman invited me to join him for a boat ride. He mentioned that the boat currently was repowered with a slightly more modern engine. Norman's mother gave him the boat when he was 13 years old, he's now in his 80's. I enjoyed the ...

1956 - 58 Continental Plant
I was recently asked what Chris-Craft plant manufactured the 1956-58 23' Continental model. I was not 100% sure what the answer was, but thought that it could be easily answered here...
