Motor Box Size
From center of mount to center of mount is 22.5 inches. If the trans is still connected to the motor be sure to make the box at least 60inches long, no trans you will be fine with 40inches.

Oil Pressure Gauge Fitting
Can anyone tell me what is the proper fitting to connect the copper line to the back of a 1946 Amp/Oil gauge? I tried a ¼ compression fitting but the threads do not seem quite right. I don’t want to force it on. Is there a special fitting that needs to go on the back of the gauge?

I used Pettit Vivid Red on my ‘46 Deluxe. Vivid Red is a very bright red; I tinted it with a black base to make the color my consistent with the original.

Fiberglass Removal From Wood Hull
I recently purchased a 1931 16' Runabout with layer of fiberglass placed over the wood hull. I want to remove the glass and do a Dannenberg 5200 bottom. Can anyone recommend the best way to remove the fiberglass?
