I had been a member in the past, and registered my hull in the registry. I just figured out how to get back in the website, after rejoining CCABC, and see that my boat is no longer in the registery. Sounds to me like you have a leak in the diaphragm part of the accelerator pump. When that doesn't leak, and you hook the hose between the hole you plug and the diaphragm pump, it is relatively the same as plugging that hole.

The water isn't hard here yet, so if you want to test drive it this weekend, just let me know! I will help you winterize the motor when we are done, as I need to learn how to do that for my boat next fall. Steve Anderson in St Clair Shores.

I can't believe that no one has responded! I agree, his wealth of knowledge needs to be preserved. I have his books, and they are priceless. The information in his forums is equally precious. At some point he will stop paying for the domain, and all will be lost. Maybe we set up a go fund me page to...
