Oops again.
With thanks to Jim Hooker of the Mariners Museum, we have determined that the hull # is 48159.
This puts it in the correct order of the 19' Custom Runabout series that ran from '35-'38 with nos. 4800-48327.

Oops, try # 43159. That seems to agree with other '36s in registry.
Heavy paint and aging eyesight a deadly combo.

I believe I found the hull number today on the engine hatch(s) forward frame, #13159. It is an estate sale purchase. Nephew of former owner claims he has a small plate with nails saved/taped to plate back with his paperwork. I assume this is the prop ID. He found a spare prop along with some hardwar...

Engine hatches were the first place I looked with no luck. Thanks as I will be taking possession soon and be able to scrutinize more carefully.
