Filling Top Plank Seems
This is a 1949-'51 (not sure) its a U22 Sportsman. I have replaced all the screws and bungs in the original planks. what is the best method to fill the seems?

Ok so I took a break for 6 months on this project. I am ready to move forward (I Think) frame work is done new fasteners throughout. Where can I find red Bilge paint for the inside of the inner ply? I have precut the inner ply but have not set it with 5200 yet.

relocating u22 in the middle of restoration
My U22 Sportsman is currently upside down with the bottom removed. I need to move it to a new location, i am nervose to strap around the boat to lift it. i would not want to concave the hull sides. is it possible to lift from the Stringers and set it on a trailer. the boat sits like this now

The only modification would be the 5200 bottom. Other than that I intend to keep it original. The only thing different is that this boat was reported with a hemi from what Don says they dida great job on the engine

I just bought the Dons complete book on ebay, im waiting for it to arrive, as well as the boat.
