Welcome aboard, nice project, like Matt said, put on a fake a lake and get motor purring, then get it in the water, lots of instruction on first time soaking in the archives. Work on her pretty later.

Best place to watch is ebay. There isn't any source for model year and/or engine manuels that I'm aware of. It might take a while but you can find them.

do most of you change out your threaded lifting ring rods for age? Not at my boat but what material are those rods. Upgrade to stainless?
