1960 23' Chris-Craft Sea Skiff, Born and Raised in Michigan (rebuilt in 2007). Runs very well. Everything operates correctly (ex. the spotlight but should be an easy fix). Repainted top to bottom and varnished in 2019. Customer HD Tandem trailer (repainted in 2019) with new tires and buddy bearings in 2020. Enclosed winter storage is paid through May. 283 cubic inch Chris Craft V8, 185hp with 121 engine hours since rebuild. Fresh synthetic engine and trans oil service and new plugs, points, wires and coil in 2021. Manual direct drive transmission, gauges reconditioned in 2021, new Sunbrella upholstery in 2021 along with spare cushion set and new cockpit cover and snaps. Includes folding helm top, 2 batteries, fishing gear, tubing gear, (10) life vests, (5) dock fenders, a paddle, docking pike pole, fire extinguisher, auto bilge pump, bilge blower, spare monel drive shaft, spare bronze prop, dedicated mahogany toolbox and tools, depth gauge, compass, GPS w/ Great Lakes map card, VHF radio antenna, boarding ladder, anchor & line, front and rear pennants / poles. Also includes all Chris-Craft manuals, a complete rebuild photo book and CD. Now in winter storage at Hubbard Lake, available for viewing. This is a wood boat and they respond best to regualar use and maintenance.
