I'm going to be repainting my bottom in the winter on my '61 Ski Boat. Is their a specific name that the bottom paint is called. Like, "Sunset Copper", or something like that?

I believe the paint you are refuring to is Hard Racing Bronze Bottom Paint Pettit #1959.
The Antifouling Paint is Copper Bronze Pettit #1933 If you are leaving in the water

I have used the following copper colored bottom paint on my Sea Skiff with success:

Interlux Fiberglass Bottomkote Racing Bronze. The color is Y999-Bronze and I bought it at West Marine. It may be used on fiberglass and wood hull boats.
