So Dave Van Ness rebuilt my paragon trans, distributor, fuel pump, and countless other things for my 1940....I was having some issues getting everything adjusted, and my motor wasnt running the way we knew it was supposed to after countless hours of cell phone tutorials from the master himself...fast forward to Saturday morning, Don...the other guru at Van Ness drove 6 hours to Virginia to help me get everything adjusted. I cant say enough about how patient and forth coming these 2 have been with dealing with me and my 70 year old girl!

That is Dave! When he rebuilt my engine for my 1948 he made sure everything was correct and anytime I made a call he always was able to help me get the simple things corrected. When he made the trip to Mount Dora a few years ago he told me well in advance that he wanted to take a ride and adjust the carb and timing while I ran the boat. It was a cold and windy day on the water that day but Dave said lets go and he did his magic.
This may sound like little stuff but it's a very valuable and appreciated customer service he and his staff provide.

I tuned my engine over the phone with Dave.. It ran like a charm. He was at a boat show and I was out on the water.. That is why Dave is the Go to for Woody Boater

A great way to establish and maintain a great reputation within your market sector.

It is the right thing to do. It reminds me of something my Grandfather would have done many years ago when he had a small town Ford dealership.

This sort of thing is more and more rare these days and it sure is wonderful to see it and hear about it when it happens.

Standing ovation !
