Loose cushion tags

I am looking to have the compliance tag or?/
Its a cloth label sewn on the bands of the loose cushions.
Does anyone have a source or a picture of said label to use for a template ? AND IF i CAN HAVE THEM MADE IS IT OF INTREST TO ANY ONE.

Note the reproduction is different, for spring bases. The one on the cushion says "All New Materials KAPOK" for the loose cushions. I don't know where I got the photo with the reproduction tag from. I have only ever used the first one.

There are inkjet processes and printers that could make short work of these on most any type of material. These could be done a few at a time relatively easy.
