Bottom paint dry time

I'm soon to be finishing the bottom of my boat with Pettit 1959 Hard Racing Copper Bronze. And I see the "to launch" curing times on the can (2-8 days) in regards to temperature and all. But I will be rolling it to put on stands or a dolly to work on all the brightwork, and was wondering how long I should really wait for a full cure that won't leave any sticking marks or dents in the paint where I have it set up? I know I'll need to be patient with it, but also don't want to wait 2+ weeks if I don't have to, considering I'm finally getting into the fun stuff :D

What's the temperature and humidity at your shop? Those affect drying time.

That stuff stays pretty soft for a while. We apply 2 coats in one day and then let it set for about 5-7 days.
