I am working on just the final assembly of a 430 Lincoln and would like to see if anyone can help me with a manual for this engine. I need to now the correct look from the factory. Peter M Jardine do you have anything. How did your engine turnout?

Oh well, my engine and Supersport are still slowly going forward, but Vanora has received the bulk of the work the last couple of years, and this year I actually had to do some work on the house
The 430 I'm building is a long way from the stock 431 of 1965. I want to get a cam reground so I have a little more aggression, but I haven't done that yet. All the parts are there, and I have been working on bending all the fuel lines for the tripower.
The 430 had two slightly different incarnations depending on year. The earlier 430 Chris Craft was the H, and it was a slightly higher performance version, the intake ports and runners on the manifold were a different size. On top of that, the early engine had a single water pump, while later versions had the secondary recirculating pumps that the 427 had. Here is a photo of the original engine in my Supersport.
This is another snap of the Ford Motor Company original tripower manifold, with a Joe Bunetic marine tripower set up. The air cleaner assembly is mocked up now, but it was complicated..... needed to use marine flame arrestors, so a spacing adaptor had to be made. If you look close you can see an Eelco fuel log on the right of the manifold. Anything aluminum on this engine has been polished.
I also have paper copies of the manuals. The Tom King engine CD has the 430 on it as well.

Thanks for the replies, I would love to get a copy of the manual some how. The 430 I have is out of a 1961 Continental and has obviously different plumbing then the one you have Peter. What I need is to see some of the plumbing so it is routed correctly which really is not to difficult but it would be nice to look at a picture of one. Also I need all the decals made so would need to see what they were and where they were located on the engine. I have the Tom King manuals but bought them about 10 years ago and the 430 manual is not in there. As most things I do I need to make this thing look just as it did from the factory so there is the challenge.

My twin 431's are at a very good machine shop for rebuild. They are questioning how to remove the dampeners. They have removed the allen bolts and exposed what I describe as a double ended canoe device that appears to be pressed onto the crankshaft with a keyway and key. They have tried to pull it but after repeated attempts are afraid of breaking something. Any advice??

Takes a special tool. To make one use a thick plate of steel and drill the bolt holes in it. In the center drill and tap the center part from a Harmonic balancer puller.
