Shower sump pump wiring

Hello former owner had shower bilge pump connected directly and want to set it up automatically but have tried every option and still runs direct. Anybody outhere know how to? Pic attached. Got two brown wires and one black coming out of switch, one brown and one black coming out of pump and my usual red n black power wires ready but every option still runs direct
