Deck rails/hardware for '67 Cavalier

Post by ballardMike » Mon Feb 25, 2013 9:36 pm

:?:
Other than buying some stock and milling it myself to repair/replace a couple of rear deck rails - anybody have an option or resource or done this already??

I have two router bits that approximate the top/lower radius but it's not quite right.

Thanks!

Just saw this, but keep in mind that the shapers that CC would have been using were purty large.... hence the larger bits.
I am going through the same thing making some fairly large quarter round in teak and/or mahogany...... so I have actually been looking for a 3 hp 220V shaper.
