It was really great meeting all the folks from the BUZZ at Tavares this year!!!
Putting faces to names was fun. I really enjoyed meeting all the gang and look forward to seeing more next year, if not before.

Great Show and good to see everyone at the show this past weekend. I want to thank Don, Al, Paul and the entire staff for the nice award Knotty Blonde received at the show. As many know I have been working on the Capri for 3 years with research and restoration it has been a real project. I finished last Wednesday and showed up on Thursday noon Wow that was close.
I owe many thanks to all the people that worked with me on the project from instruments, chrome to the long awaited upholstery. The wait on the original upholstery was well worth it all... A few photo's from the show from my iphone which are not very good, hopefully Don will post a few more that he took.

The show was a very fun getaway despite the little bit of light drizzle we had on Saturday. The rain didn't make any of the people less special, and the bar was stocked with Oberon from Bell's in Michigan so I couldn't ask for much more.

Great job on the boat Pete. I am a sucker for blondes! I am sure Alex and Don both got some great shots of your boat, hopefully a few are Brass Bell worthy and we will see an article about you and Knotty Blonde soon.

You are right John. Meeting you and everyone else that i only know by screen names was a highlight of the show.

Pete, "Knotty Blonde" is a beauty, your hard work showed, I only wish I could have seen "Knotty 48" also.

I am looking forward to next years' show to do it all again.

After having the rain on Sunday last year and Saturday this year, rumor has it they are planning to have it rain on Friday next year.

LOVED IT!

What a great time!
Glad to meet most of you and now realize that some of you were there that I didn't get to meet up with. :?

Spoke with Sandi just this morning about planning next year and her response was "it will have to be for more that 1 week."
I am not sure if that is because she had so much fun or if she wants to have some time away from boating but still in Fla.
I suspect it is the 2nd option.
