Red Nautolex flooring

Post by quitchabitchin » Thu Dec 04, 2008 8:31 pm

We have what I would guess to be Nautolex vinyl flooring in our 1969 17' Cavalier Ski Boat. It is a red kind of plaid pattern. I was wondering if anyone can lead me to some of this material. Nautolex does not come in any red for flooring material anymore. Maybe someone knows of a shop that may have some old stock on hand. I would like to recover the floor in our boat soon.

it's been a couple of years but i was wondering if anyone had any further insight on this? i just joined up after buying a 1970 17' corsair. (hull to be registered shortly) most of the red nautilex is still intact, hoping to find some more instead of sticking carpet in there. thanks

Bass Pro Shop still sells the "Wine" colored vinyl flooring but their website has a terrible picture of it, and the actual manufacturer's website is archaic at best.

Has anyone used this product? Maybe have photo of it installed? Or could possible share a sample??

So it's been awhile but did anyone ever find a suitable replacement for the red nautilex flooring?

I have chosen a completely different solution... Faux wood vinyl flooring from Home Depot! Rated for use in bathrooms so can handle getting wet, moderately priced, easy to work with to cover up my severely worn nautilex.
