trailer bunk placement for a 24' Sea-Skiff

I would like to know the correct distance from the keel to mount the inner bunks that run from the transom forward to the forward seats. Also where to align the outer bunks for the outer stringers.

Best place for support would be as directly under the engine stringers as possible. With a Sea Skiff and the turn of the bilge at the chines, you need the bunks to be inboard a bit from the outer chines as compared to a hard chine runabout. The attached picture is my 25 foot Lyman on it's trailer that I modified. You want the bunks to extend about 4 inches past the transom as well.
