Ok I want to take a poll here.

Yes or No do you put Fuel Stabilizer in the tank when winterizing ? And why.

Yes, YES, YES!!!!!!!!!!

The fuel we are getting at the pumps is not very good and does not have a very long shelf life. (especially if you are using an ethanol blend.)

Personally, I am using PRI-G from Power Research Inc. and use it every time I fill up, not just for winter storage. (I use PRI-D in my diesels)

I drain my tanks as completely as possible for winter storage. Even though I run non-ethanol gas in season, I still prefer empty tanks.

YES. Sta-Bil marine grade all season to keep the internal stuff safe and additional per instructions on bottle for winter. Fresh gas in Spring because I'm told octane degrades over time. Our mechanic has kept our original K purring for years.

yes, and it helps to stay away from ethanol in the gas. the theory of the full tank is it limits water condensation inside the tank during storage. Not sure if anyone has actually studied that?

Non-ethanol gas of course is best. I use Startron fuel treatment year around, it has a stabilizer and removes moisture and cleans the fuel system too.
I still keep the tanks full when stored. Draining the tanks would the best option if E-10 is all that is available.
Boats are to be made of wood, otherwise, God would have grown fiberglass trees.
