All, I received a call recently from one of our new members, who has purchased a 1958 55-foot Constellation. This is is recently surveyed boat, reported to be in excellent condition. He needs to find a crew to help him with the journey—moving this boat from Providence, RI to Fort Lauderdale. He would like to make the trip the first or second week of October.
He says, male or female, experience with the intercoastal or a captain a definite plus. Ideally some of the crew would share the helm duties. Travel will be only in daylight, in safe conditions. Interested parties can call him direct.
