On the subject of marine leather : it is regular leather , but has other protectants added to protect from sun, water, oil, . No leather is stain proof. If you keep the leather clean and feed, any leather will do . There was no marine leather when boat was made. If you keep it covered , it may last ...

Easy repaired if vinyl is still got life. Is it soft and flexible ? If so it can likely be sew again . Once you remove cover, try bending the material. As it has to be turned inside out for repairs. If its stiff and hard then chances are it will never make it through the repair process with out dama...

Yes it is encased in clear vinyl. Did not think anyone would know the difference in terms . But it is as correct as they come.

I found some very close matches for Tango Red, or the best I have found so far. click pictures to enlarge for better view.

I have a couple of contacts that may be helpful . If you post a picture of what you need it may be possible to locate the goods. There are just too any models and years for me to keep track of . I thought the decking vinyl was in a catalog I saw but not sure. Post a photo and who knows. May get luck...

I know of a couple of sources for the red . Rod SUZA or I have some good new vinyl matches also. Rod did have some , nice guy was helpful for me . southern Ca. not sure of any numbers to call.
I used American sprit vinyl color and strength worked well . will hunt for part number and post asap.

jim what ever you do. marshall spring units are too soft .i rebuild them style varys i have many pictures . which is your . coil in wire top / coils inside cloth sleve wire top and bottom.

Just stoped,
but you can get hull liner fabric to replace the monkey hair. Its used on bigger boats as inside wall covering. comes thick or short .
Very easy to glue and forms well with a sharp blade.

Most upholstery shops can get a premade frame from suppliers. they come in aluminum and stainless. these can be cut down to fit any boat . I recomend aluminum poles as eaier to do any modifications. I belive you can get it from, dealer in auto parts.
used to come on station wagons and such. Or a good custom paint shop might be able to aquire it. I belive it was a self stick application .

Loose cushion tags

I am looking to have the compliance tag or?/
Its a cloth label sewn on the bands of the loose cushions.
Does anyone have a source or a picture of said label to use for a template ? AND IF i CAN HAVE THEM MADE IS IT OF INTREST TO ANY ONE.
