Any thoughts as to what the roof of the super structure is here? It looks looks to me someone fiber glassed it at some point. If that’s the case, does that look like a gelcoat?

Would butyl tape be a good option to rebed it?

The base of this window has a pretty large separation that looks like it should either be sealed with a sealant or taken out with a gasket. What's the right way to remedy that?

Is the seal of the port hole anything fancy or just plain rubber stripping

Here she is mid-clean. Soon to be sanding and repairing wood!
